Return Policy

At Mills Proper, we are happy to accept returns for items purchased in our store within 10 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. 

IF ITEM WAS PURCHASED ONLINE YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVED THE PRODUCT TO INITIATE THE RETURN TO US. SHIPPING COST IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT AND RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Store credit or exchange will be provided under the following circumstances: 

  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased – unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached
  • Items that were damaged at the time of purchase and are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached
  • No monogrammed items may be returned
  • Socks, tights, bows, and hats are final sale and are ineligible for return 
  • Sale Items and other items sold as Final Sale are ineligible for return
